Vegan Meal of the Week: Spaghetti and Veggie Balls!

This week, we celebrate #nationalspaghettiday with this meatless meal!
Serves: 6
Ingredients:
1 package Gardein meatless meatballs
12 ounces whole wheat thin spaghetti
2 cups chopped broccoli
1 jar tomato sauce
Directions:
1. Heat tomato sauce in a saucepan on low to medium heat until simmering. Add meatless meatballs and cook for 15-20 minutes, according to package.
2. While meatless meatballs are cooking, boil a large pot of water and follow cooking instructions on the package for thin spaghetti.
3. In the last 2 minutes of cooking the spaghetti, throw in the broccoli.
4. Drain thin spaghetti and broccoli when done cooking.
5. Add meatless meatballs and sauce. Enjoy!
