Easy Cucumber Snack!

Try these cucumbers as a healthy and yummy snack or side! You can use leftovers from the quinoa salad recipe if you have extra cucumbers.

Ingredients:
2 cups sliced cucumbers
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
Instructions:
1. In a small bowl or measuring cup, mix together vinegar and sugar.
2. Pour mix over sliced cucumbers in a dish.
3. Cover and refrigerate. Enjoy!
